Heart Hospital of New Mexico Foundation
Heart disease is the nation's number one killer, and it claims the lives of more than 4,000 men and women in New Mexico annually. However, thousands of cardiac patients and those who love them benefited last year from prevention programs, advanced diagnostic techniques and treatments received at the Heart Hospital of New Mexico.
Since its founding in 1999, the Heart Hospital of New Mexico Foundation has operated in support of the Heart Hospital to fulfill its mission of promoting cardiovascular wellness throughout the region.
And while the healing of hearts involves sophisticated medical science and technologies, the contributions made to The Foundation by generous donors have an impact on the health and well being of others that is nothing short of poetry.
The Heart Hospital of New Mexico Foundation is dedicated to creating and supporting community education and wellness programs enhancing the Heart Hospital's compassionate patient and family-focused environment developing and supporting programs that facilitate the very best in heart care to New Mexico communities

BikeABQ
BikeABQ is a bicycle advocacy group in Albuquerque, NM. The non-profit exists to promote bicycles for transportation in the Albuquerque area. BikeABQ seeks to provide education and training about bicycle transportation and to improve bicycling conditions throughout the Greater Albuquerque Metropolitan Area. BikeABQ works closely with government organizations to implement and improve bike facilities - such as bike lanes, bike paths, and signage - that allow more people to travel safely by bike. The organization also hosts events such as Bike-to-Work Day, the annual Bike Swap, Bike-to-School Day, bike-related Film Festivals, and others.
